Saturdays on Chocolate – September 9

It’s Second Saturday in Downtown Hershey and we hope you will join us at Market on Chocolate for our Peach Festival! Between 8:00 am and 12:30 pm, there will be free fitness opportunities, fun family activities, amazing vendors, and live music from Hank Imhof. In the evening, Music on Chocolate will hold its final concert of the season from 7:00 – 9:00 pm.

Entertainment:

Hank Imhof is a solo acoustic artist who skillfully covers the blues, jazz, gospel, folk, bluegrass, rock, and any combination of them all. The love of music and learning shows in an array of genres that covers decades of music. Uniquely mingling finger-style, flat-picking, and slide throughout his work on guitars, Hank also plays dobro, banjo, and harmonica to provide variety to his audiences.


Family and Fitness Activities

8:00 – 9:00 am: Powertrain POUND in the Park

Using lightly weighted drumsticks engineered specifically for exercising, POUND transforms drumming into an incredibly effective way of working out. The workout is easily modifiable and appeals to men and women of all ages and abilities.

9:00 – 10:00 am: Yoga with Brittany Holtz

NamaSTAY for Yoga this week to de-stress and improve your strength and flexibility.  This is a fun way to boost confidence and tone muscles. This session is designed for all levels of fitness and is intended to leave you feeling rejuvenated and reenergized. Brittany will offer participants a healthy balance of exercise, relaxation and fun.
