Downtown Hershey Association Hosts Annual Holiday Celebration

Downtown Hershey is ready to kick off the holidays, and you’re invited!

On Friday, December 2, from 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm, the Downtown Hershey Association will host Downtown Hershey’s Holiday Celebration in ChocolateTown Square. This exciting event is fun for all ages, and offers a wide array of activities and entertainment for the community.

Milton Hershey School’s New Horizons choral group will perform, and cookies and cocoa will be on hand to warm you up while you sing along to classic holiday tunes! Kids can stop by to make their own ornaments, pose with Hershey’s product characters, and even “mail” letters to Santa!

Of course, the celebration wouldn’t be complete without the big man himself! Santa will arrive via a Hershey Volunteer Fire Company truck shortly after 6:00 pm. The tree will also be lit by Children’s Miracle Network Child Miles Rhodes and his family, and you won’t want to miss that spectacular moment!

The event is open to the public at no charge, thanks in part to our sponsors including The Hershey Company, Karns Foods, and Hershey Entertainment and Resorts. Come help celebrate this holiday Life on Chocolate tradition of more than 100 years!
