Introduction to Mindfulness

Join us for this orientation to the 8 week Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction course that begins the following Sunday. This is a chance to learn more about mindfulness, meet others interested in the practice of mindfulness and consider if the 8 week class is right for you. You’re welcome to join us for the orientation without joining the 8 week class.
