Power Flow Community Class

Tap your Power, Flow with your Breath. A fun, accessible Vinyasa class with mindful movement to cultivate strength, flexibility, and balance while also calming your mind. Taught by T Rowe, RYT200 and Tracy Forray, RYT200, this class will incorporate fairly simple, but powerful, postures that will be “work-shopped” each class with correct alignment cues to safely help you unlock your greatest potential. This is a unique mini-series, where classes are themed and repetitive for the month with similar postures & cues so students may realize identifiable growth. Here’s what we will be working with – January: Calm & Strong – mind/body/breath, February: Core & Back strengthening for Every Body, March: Get your Energy moving, April: Warriors – Tap your Power
