Every Monday in March, Power Train is offering free fitness classes. Don’t miss out on this incredible opportunity to check out Monday classes with friends and family.
Pitties.Love.Peace Community Event – THIS EVENT HAS BEEN CANCELED DUE TO CORONAVIRUS
Mark your calendar for Saturday, March 28! Power Train Gym will be hosting a community event to support Pitties.Love.Peace, an organization dedicated to the rescue of dogs in need that also provides advocacy for misunderstood breeds and educates people about pit bulls and related dogs. From 9 a.m. – 12 p.m., the community is invited to come to the gym, visit a variety of vendors, and register to win raffle prizes. At 10:00 a.m., for a $10 donation, guests can take part in a special boot camp class; 100% of the proceeds will benefit Pitties.Love.Peace. Local businesses interested in participating in the event should contact the gym for more information.
Parent’s Night Out – THIS EVENT HAS BEEN POSTPONED (DATE TBD) DUE TO CORONAVIRUS
Friday March 20, Power Train will host a Parent’s Night Out. Parents can enjoy a date night from 6-9 p.m. while your kids have fun at Power Train Gym with snacks, pizza, and drinks.
Power Train now Offering Les Mills Classes
Power Train is now a licensed Les Mills provider, offering these classes that were designed to create a fitter planet. In 1968, four-time Olympian Les Mills set up a small family gym in Auckland focused on basic strength and cardio training. Fifty years and three generations later, millions of people around the world are combining music with movement and working out with Les Mills classes. Power Train is pleased to offer the following Les Mills classes:
- Bodypump – is a full-body weights workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned, and fit – fast!
- Bodycombat – a high-energy, martial arts-inspired, non-contact workout. Punch, kick, and strike your way to fitness.
In addition to Les Mills classes, Power Train also has a variety of instructors trained to offer bootcamp, cycling, yoga, and core, and cardio classes. The full class schedule for March can be found here.
